Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive Sao Paulo

Upon arrival at Sao Paulo Airport, you will be met and transfer to the Hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure for rest and overnight at the Hotel in Sao Paulo.

Day 2 : Sao Paulo - Rio De Janeiro City Tour

This morning we will proceed to you will discover Sao Paulo in a City Tour. The city tour starts at Centro Cultural. During this tour the visitor will pass by places in Sao Paulo Old Downtown and get familiar with highlights like the Cathedral Se, Patio do Colegio, Monastery of Sao Bento, the Banespa Building, Martinelli Building (the first skyscraper in South America), Viaduto do Cha, the Municipal Theater, Concert hall Sala Sao Paulo, train station Estaçao da Luz and the Municipal Market. After the tour we will be transferred to airport for flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival at Rio de Janeiro Airport you will be met and transfer to the Hotel. You can explore the city on your own. Day 3 : Rio De Janeiro

Today, after breakfast at Hotel, you will head off for a Sugar Loaf Excursion. This tour begins with a city panoramic view through downtown Rio, passing by the Maracana Stadium, the Sambodrome, the Metropolitan Cathedral, in pyramid form, with internal diameter of 96 meters and height of 80 meters. Get to know the traditional Cinelandia square with the historical buildings, the Municipal Theater, the National Library and the National Museum of Fine Arts, Pao de Açúcar which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. The tour is done in two steps by glass cable-cars. In the afternoon, we will visit Corcovado Mountain and the beaches. Overnight at the hotel in Rio De Janeiro. (B)

Day 4 : Rio De Janeiro

Today after breakfast proceed to HD Guanabara Bay. Framed by mountains and beaches, the Guanabara Bay is rich in history. The cruise route passes close to many islands - Ilha de Villegaignon, Ilha Fiscal, Ilha das Cobras and Ilha das Enxadas, among others - as well as the Docks and the Rio - Niteroi Bridge. On the far side of the bay, the Niteroi coastline offers many attractions, including: Gragoata beach and Fort, the museum of Contemporary Art, and glorious beaches such as Flechas, Icarai, Sao Francisco, Charitas, Jurujuba, and Adao e Eva, as well as Pedra Itapuca and Pedra do Índio, and the Santa Cruz Fortress. Highlights of the return trip include the Laje and São Pedro Fort, Flamengo and Botafogo beaches. Overnight at the hotel in Rio De Janeiro. (B)

Day 5 : Rio De Janeiro – Iguassu

This morning transfer to Airport in Rio De Janeiro. Arrive Iguassu and transfer to Hotel in Iguassu followed by excursion to Brazilian Falls. The Brazilian Park also offers new facilities that complement their tour. On arriving to the Visitors center, we get on the panoramic buses that begin the tour of the park, then we descend to start walking the paths. From the first balcony we meet a panoramic view of the Argentinean falls. Then after 950 meters with stunning views over the Iguazu river we get to the falls on the Brazilian side. The walkway entering the river next to the Floriano fall gives the visitor a refreshing reception and a gorgeous panoramic view of the lower Iguazu river and the Devil’s gorge Canyon. The elevator and the stairs lead to the shopping and restaurant area upstairs. Overnight at the Hotel in Iguazu. (B)

Day 6 : Iguassu

Today after breakfast, experience the Argentinean Side of the Falls. The Argentine Falls tour takes longer since the inauguration of the new facilities for the Upper, Lower and the Devil ́s Throat Circuits. Visitors first arrive to the New Visitors Center where you walk the Nature ́s Interpretation Center. From the Visitors Center you can board the train that goes first to Cataratas Station in about 8 minutes or take a short walk through the “Green Trail” that leads to the beginning of the path towards the Upper and Lower trails. UPPER CIRCUIT: The 800 m. of catwalks are detached from the jungle ́s surface so as to protect the fauna by preventing disruption of their natural trails. From this circuit you have an upper view of the falls, enjoying their magnificence with a panoramic view. LOWER CIRCUIT: The 1.600 m. of catwalks, also detached from the jungle’s surface, enjoying a view from below and around the falls. This circuit provides a unique experience of feeling part of the natural surroundings, watching and sensing their magnitude from close. DEVIL’S GORGE: Departing from Cataratas Station, the train goes up to Garganta Station in about 18 minutes. Then a walk along the catwalks, Some 1200 meters over the islands, take you to enjoy the most spectacular sight from the most important balcony: the Devil’s Throat. Overnight at the hotel in Iguazu. Day 7 : Iguassu - Buenos Aires

This morning we will be transferred to Iguazu Airport to board flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival at Buenos Aires Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Arrival at Buenos Aires Airport transfer to the hotel. Buenos Aires is a complex, energetic, and seductive port city, which stretches south-to-north along the Rio de la Plata, it has been the gateway to Argentina for centuries. Porteños, as the people of Buenos Aires are known, possess an elaborated and rich cultural identity. They value their European heritage highly, and the lifestyle and architecture are markedly more European than any other in South America. In the evening proceed to Tango Show & Dinner at Magnificent Tango Porteno. Overnight at the hotel in Buenos Aires. (B/D)

Day 8 : Buenos Aires

This morning proceed to City Tour Buenos Aires. In this tour we invite you to discover Buenos Aires considered the “Reina del Plata”. Starting the tour around the center of the city where the most attractive places are located: Av. 9 de Julio, Colón Theatre and the Obelisk “the symbol of Buenos Aires”. We will continue towards Plaza de Mayo and later to the south of the city passing trough San Telmo with its “tanguerías”, La Boca and Caminito. Continuing to Puerto Madero, the renewed port of the city and important gastronomic area. We will also visit the biggest green space of Buenos Aires, Palermo, with its parks and buildings and last Recoleta, a neighborhood where culture and elegance live together. On Sunday the tour ends at the Flea Market of San Telmo. Overnight at the hotel in Buenos Aires. (B) Note : If the City Tour takes place On Sunday, the tour ends at the Flea Market of San Telmo.

Day 9 : Buenos Aires - Ushuaia

Today board the flight at El Calafate Airport and travel to Ushuaia. Ushuaia lies in the southern end of the Republic of Argentina, on the Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, the southernmost city in the world. Located on the Beagle Channel, it takes its name - which means "bay overlooking the West" - from the yamana tongue. Within the impressive frame made up by the sea, the forests, the lakes and the mountains, Ushuaia is a picturesque city with an important tourist services infrastructure, an elegant commercial center and an increasing social and cultural activity. Day 10 : Ushuaia

Today morning proceed for a Half Day Tierra del Fuego National Park Tour – Train of the End of the World Ride Included. Today this train has become an attractive way for visitors to get to know a little more about Ushuaia's past. The corner of the Earth : A magnificent landscape. This Park, 12 km from Ushuaia, is the only National Park with ocean coast in the country. Its 63.000 hectares protect innumerable nires, lengas, cherry trees, calafates and notros and flowers as violets and orchids. Later in the Afternoon Beagle Channel Navigation (Seals Island). Here you will be transferred to the port to board a catamaran and sail the waters of the Beagle Channel which unites the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans. Where sea mammals and birds find shelter. This is an excellent chance to see them in their habitat without interrupting their activities. Overnight at the hotel in Ushuaia. (B)

Day 11 : Ushuaia - El Calafate

Today check out from the hotel & transfer to airport for flight to El Calafate. Arrive at El Calafate and transferred to the hotel. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in El Calafate. (B)

Day 12 : El Calafate

This morning we proceed to Full Day Excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier. As you make your journey, you will find the majesty of nature at its best. Later on proceed from El Calafate bordering the southern arm of the Argentine Lake to get to Los Glaciares National Park (90 km away) and reach the paths to the Glacier. Perito Moreno Glacier is about 30.000 years old. Its surface is 192 km2, the front wall is 5 km long and some of its peaks are 80 metres high. The deep blue base is almost as dark as the water that surrounds it. The deep silence is suddenly interrupted by the tremendous noise of huge pieces of ice that crack from the glacier and fall into the lake to float on the Canal de los Tempanos (Icebergs Channel). Nautical Safari excursion become aware of the immensity of the Perito Moreno Glacier. The tour begins at Bajo de las Sombras Port – 6 km away from the Glacier Vantage Point, –where visitors get on board and sail along Rico Lake. After arriving at the southern point of Canal de los Tempanos (Channel of Ice Floes), the ship anchors at a reasonable distance of Perito Moreno Glacier’s wall. From there, you will be taking the Safari Nautico excursion will have the opportunity of observing up-close the glacier’s walls and the icebergs that are constantly calving from the glacier into Rico Lake. Day 13 : El Calafate - Bariloche

Today check out from the hotel & transfer to airport for flight to Bariloche. Arrive at Bariloche and transferred to the hotel. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Bariloche. (B)

Day 14 : Bariloche

Today after breakfast proceed to Bariloche City tour its starts in Bariloche, riding down Ezequiel Bustillo Avenue a winding paved road along the Nahuel Huapi lakeshore. You will see Nahuel Huapi and Moreno lakes, El Trebol lagoon, San Pedro and Llao Llao peninsulas, Victoria Island, Otto, Lopez, Goye and Catedral hills, and the main town, San Carlos de Bariloche. Further on you will go by a golf course, cross the bridge over the Angostura river that joins Nahuel Huapi Lake with Moreno Lake, and pass by López Bay at the base of Lopez Hill. Further on, you get to the Panoramic Point, a belvedere with a magnificent view of Moreno Lake and Llao Llao peninsula. Overnight at the hotel in Bariloche. (B)

Day 15 : Bariloche - Puerto Varas

Today proceed from Bariloche to Chile through the Andes Mountains. Early morning you will leave the City of San Carlos de Bariloche to head straight to the Cardenal Samore International Pass. Behind the mountain range, the Cities of Osorno, Frutillar, Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt are expecting you. It is considered the second most important international pass and offers direct communication with Osorno and Puerto Montt through the Southern Road and with the rest of Chilean Patagonia. First you will pass through the Argentinean Customs Office and the National Gendarmerie. Gradually, you will start to see sign posts indicating the way to the famous Puyehue hot springs, the Antillanca Volcano with its ski resort and the kilometers left to reach Osorno, where the bus makes its first official stop. After some minutes the bus will head off to Puerto Varas, one hour away and your final destination. Overnight at the hotel in Puerto Varas. (B)

Day 16 : Puerto Varas

This morning proceed to Half Day Excursion to Frutillar. This wonderful trip along the Llanquihue Lake, the second largest lake in Chile, takes you to the small town of Frutillar while enjoying gorgeous views of the volcanoes Osorno, Calbuco, Puntiagudo and Tronador. The characteristic german architecture of the charming village dating from the 19th century takes you back in time! View of the Osorno, Calbuco, Puntiagudo & Tronador volcanoes, Teatro del Lago. Overnight at the hotel in Puerto Varas. (B)

Day 17 : Puerto Varas - Santiago

Today check out from the hotel and transfer to Puerto Montt Airport for flight to Santiago. Arrival to Santiago and transfer to Hotel. Santiago is also the central point of a region filled with attractive sites and activities. Just south of Santiago lie the rich and beautiful vineyards of the Maipo Valley, one of the world's most esteemed wine producing regions. This afternoon enjoy a City tour of Santiago. Departure to the downtown area, starting at Bernardo O"Higgins avenue, the main one in the city and visiting La Moneda presidential palace followed by a walk through the pedestrian Ahumada and Huerfanos streets and “Plaza de Armas” surrounded by the cathedral and other historical buildings. Continue to the old residential areas climbing up San Cristobal hill to have a panoramic view of the city before continuing to other areas of interest such as Bellavista, centre of cultural and artistic activity and Las Condes and Providencia, modern residential areas of Santiago. Overnight at the hotel in Santiago. (B)

Day 18 : Santiago

Today proceed to Full Day Excursion to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. This morning you will depart Santiago heading towards the coast to visit Vina del Mar & Valparaiso. Depart Santiago for a full day heading towards the coast. Enjoy the first stop in Pomaire, a small village where the inhabitants work the local clay to make a variety of dishes, pots and interesting sculptures among other handicrafts. Continue to the coast and visit the beach area of Renaca and the town of Vina del Mar, known as the Garden City for its pretty parks and flower lined streets. In the afternoon continue to the picturesque port of Valparaiso built in the 16th century on a total of 43 hills which are reached by narrow windy streets, staircases and a series of lifts (funiculars) which is now declared by UNESCO as patrimony of Humanity because of its eclectic architecture and urban development. Overnight at the hotel in Santiago. (B)

Day 19 : Depart Santiago

Today after breakfast transfer to airport to board a flight next destination or to hometown with lots of memories to cherish for a life time. (B)
