After this, you'll be introduced to your driver, who will take you to your hotel. The evening is yours to relax and explore Tel Aviv at your leisure. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in your hotel.

Day 2: From Tel Aviv to the Shores of the Sea of Galilee

Following a hearty breakfast, our journey begins with a short visit to the historic city of Jaffa, also known as Joppa. Here, you'll embark on a brief walking tour through the charming old town's winding streets. You'll pass by the house of Simon the Tanner and take in breathtaking views from the hilltop.

The route then takes northward along the picturesque coast to the captivating archaeological ruins of Caesarea, originally constructed by Herod the Great in honour of Augustus Caesar. From there, we head to Megiddo, a place mentioned in the Book of Revelations as the site of a great battle known as "Armageddon." This ancient city has been continuously inhabited for over five millennia, dating back to 6000-500 B.C.

After exploring the fascinating ancient ruins, set the course towards the serene shores of the Sea of Galilee, where you will spend the night at a comfortable hotel in Tiberias.

Day 3: Exploring the Wonders of the Sea of Galilee

After a satisfying breakfast, our day begins in the historically rich city of Tiberias. This city holds a special place in history, as it was where Jesus once lived, wandered, and delivered his sermons on the tranquil shores of the Sea of Galilee. Our first stop takes us to Capernaum, which was the epicentre of Jesus' ministry. Here, you'll step into the footsteps of history and gain insight into the significance of this sacred place.

Continuing our journey, we will head to Tabgha, located just north of Tiberias. It's here that the miracle of feeding the 5,000 took place. The Church of Multiplication, adorned with a mosaic floor depicting a basket filled with loaves and two fishes, serves as a poignant reminder of this extraordinary event. Next, our path leads us to the Mount of Beatitudes, perched on a hillside with a breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee. This is where Jesus delivered his famous "Sermon on the Mount" and where tradition holds that he selected his twelve apostles.

The adventure then takes you to the heights of Golan Heights, where you will be treated to a panoramic view of Mt. Hermon's peaks, the rugged plateau of Golan Heights, and the lush green Hula Valley beneath it. Before the day concludes, you will visit the Yardenit Baptismal Site, a serene spot along the Jordan River located to the south of the Sea of Galilee. After our day of exploration, you will return to our comfortable hotel in Tiberias for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 4: Nazareth, Jordan Valley, Beit Shean, and Jerusalem Exploration

Today, you will kick off the day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on a journey that promises to immerse you in history and spirituality. Your first stop takes you to Cana, where you will visit the Wedding Church, a place of great significance where Jesus performed his inaugural miracle, transforming water into wine.

Continuing your spiritual pilgrimage, you will lead to Nazareth, the town where Jesus spent his formative years. Here, you'll have the opportunity to visit the Church of Annunciation, a magnificent structure constructed on the very spot where archaeologists believe the Archangel Gabriel appeared to the Virgin Mary. As you explore further, you will encounter Mary's Well and Joseph's Church, each steeped in history and meaning.

Leaving Nazareth, we traverse the Jordan Valley, heading towards Beit Shean. This ancient city, boasting a recently excavated amphitheatre, is a testament to its Roman past. The city's beauty remains astonishingly preserved; despite the devastation it endured in an earthquake. As the day draws to a close, you will settle into your accommodation in Jerusalem for a well-deserved night's rest.

Day 5: Masada and the Enchanting Dead Sea

Following a hearty breakfast, we embark on a captivating journey to explore the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Dead Sea. Our next destination is Masada, a mountaintop fortress perched on an isolated cliff in the Judean Desert. This remarkable site has earned its place as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2001.

To reach the fortress, we'll ascend by cable car. Once at the top, you'll delve into the history of Masada, which served as the final stronghold for Jewish Zealots during their fierce battle against the Romans. Your visit will include exploring King Herod's palace, the synagogue, the bathhouse, and much more. From this vantage point, you'll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the Roman camps and the mesmerising Dead Sea.

On our journey to the Dead Sea, we'll make a stop at the Qumran Caves, the very place where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Situated nearly 1,300 feet below sea level, the Dead Sea is Earth's lowest point. If the weather permits, you can even experience the unique sensation of effortlessly floating on its salty, mineral-rich waters. After a day of exploration and relaxation, you will return to your comfortable hotel in Jerusalem for a peaceful night's sleep.

Day 6: Exploring Jerusalem's Modern Side

Kickstart your day with a hearty breakfast and get ready for a fascinating journey through Jerusalem's modern city. Your first stop is at the Israel Museum, where you will delve into the past with a visit to the renowned Shrine of the Book, home to the famous Dead Sea Scrolls.

Next, you will step back in time as you visit the meticulously restored model of the Herodian city of Jerusalem, dating back to the era of the Second Temple. It's a unique opportunity to visualise what the city looked like in days gone by.

Your adventure continues with a visit to Ein Karem, a charming village nestled in the southwest of Jerusalem. This village holds a special place in Christian traditions as the traditional birthplace of John the Baptist. The serene surroundings and historical significance make it a memorable stop on our journey. You will then visit Yad Vashem, the official memorial dedicated to the Jewish victims of the Holocaust. Established in 1953, it's situated at the base of Mt. Hertzl, and it serves as a poignant reminder of the atrocities of the past.

In the afternoon, you will venture to Bethlehem, the revered birthplace of Jesus. You will visit the Church of the Nativity and the iconic Manger Square, where the story of Christmas comes to life. As the day draws to a close, you will return to your hotel in Jerusalem, where you can relax and unwind.

Day 7: Exploring the Historic Heart of Jerusalem

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before starting on a journey through the ancient streets of Jerusalem's Old City. Your first stop will be the Western Wall, a place of deep spiritual importance, and the very spot where the Second Temple once stood - known as the Temple Mount. As you wander through the city, follow the path of the Via Dolorosa, the Way of the Cross, which leads to Calvary and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. This remarkable church houses both the traditional Crucifixion site and the Tomb of the Resurrection.

Venturing just beyond the Old City's southwestern edge, you'll find Mount Zion, home to the traditional tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper. From here, take in the breathtaking panoramic view of Jerusalem, a city revered by three major world religions: Christianity, Judaism, and Islam. The view from the Mount of Olives is nothing short of spectacular.

Conclude your day with a visit to the Garden of Gethsemane, the historic location, where Judas betrayed Jesus. Your overnight stay awaits you at the hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 8: Farewell to Jerusalem

As you rise on this new day, relish a final breakfast at your hotel before it's time to bid farewell to the enchanting city of Jerusalem. Check out of your accommodation and make your way to the airport for your departure.
