Your journey commences as you arrive in Cape Town and embark on a scenic drive through the Winelands, passing Paarl and Worcester along the way. As you meander through the picturesque Breede River Valley, characterised by its lush vineyards and bountiful fruit orchards, you'll soon find yourself in the enchanting region known as 'The Little Karoo.' Your route leads you to the coastal town of Mossel Bay, nestled along the Garden Route in South Africa's Western Cape Province.

Mossel Bay is renowned for its expansive Santos Beach and the iconic 19th-century Cape St. Blaize Lighthouse, offering breathtaking bay views. While here, make sure to explore the Bartolomeu Dias Museum Complex, which houses the Maritime Museum, the Shell Museum, and delightful botanical gardens. Don't miss the Post Office Tree, a majestic milkwood tree within the complex that has served as a mail collection point since the 1500s. Your first day's journey concludes with an overnight stay at a hotel in Oudtshoorn.

Today, we explore the captivating Cango Caves, renowned for their stunning stalactite and stalagmite formations. Afterwards, we head to the Cango Wildlife Ranch, offering an optional opportunity to get up close with the world's fastest animal, the cheetah (additional cost applies).

In the afternoon, we delve into the fascinating world of ostrich farming, discovering how these magnificent birds are raised. You may even have the chance to take a ride on one of these remarkable creatures.

Our journey then takes us over the picturesque Outeniqua Mountains to George, known as 'the Gateway to the Garden Route,' and the scenic lakes of Wilderness, en route to the beautiful destination of Knysna. You'll spend the night at Knysna hotel.

Begin your day with a delightful morning cruise aboard the John Benn, sailing on the scenic Knysna Lagoon. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. You'll spend the night at your Knysna hotel.
