Day 1 : Arrive Athens

Meet and greet upon arrival and transfer to the Hotel. Check into the Hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Athens.

Day 2 : Athens

Breakfast at the Hotel. In the morning, make your own way to the starting point of Half Day City Tour of Athens. We pass the Tomb of the Soldier that stands in front of Parliament House on Constitution Square, and see the Presidential Mansion that served as the Royal Palace before the country’s monarchy was abolished in 1974. See the Panathenaic Stadium - site of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896 — and then relax as your coach drives along Panepistimiou, home to Athens’ National Library and the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens, known locally as ‘Mitropoli.’After seeing the highlights of modern Athens, step back in time with a tour of the city’s past. Visit the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus, and then stop at Athens’ crowning glory the Acropolis of Athens. Built on a rocky hill towering above the city, the UNESCO World Heritage-listed acropolis comprises a cluster of ancient buildings that once collectively acted as a fortress. Each building was created to reflect the splendour and wealth of Athens during the 5th century. After spending time at leisure at the acropolis, drop back to starting point of the tour. Proceed to hotel on your own. Overnight at Hotel in Athens. (B)

Day 3 : Athens

Breakfast at the Hotel. Today we proceed to discover three beautiful Greek islands on this Full-day cruise from Athens. Sail to Poros, Hydra and Egina in the Saronic Gulf. You will get free time to enjoy on each island. Amazing Greek folklore show aboard at the ship. And a guided excursion to Egina's ancient Temple of Aphaia. Overnight at Hotel in Athens. (B)

Day 4 : Athens

Breakfast at the Hotel. We proceed to Full day trip to Delphi. We hear the story about the ancient Greeks and their lives in Delphi while travelling to the town. Pass through the towns of Levadia and Arachova – both famous for their production of brightly coloured carpets. We take a tour of the Delphi archaeological site – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and easily one of the most important digs in Europe. As you walk around the evocative ruins with guide, see famous monuments like the Temple of Apollo. We head inside Delphi Archaeological Museum and explore this veritable treasure trove at leisure which is a home to countless artefacts and Intriguing relics. Later return to Athens. Overnight at Hotel in Athens. (B)

Day 5 : Athens - Kalambaka

Breakfast at Hotel. Prepare for departure transfer to Athens Train Station to connect to your train to Kalambaka. Arrive and tranfer to the hotel. Check into the Hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel in Kalambaka. (B)

Day 6 : Kalambaka - Athens

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for a Half day City Tour of Meteora with Theopetra Cave. Meteora is located just (5.5 km) from central Kalambaka and is a remote region of sandstone peaks where, from the 11th century onwards, monks settled. marvel at the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the awe-inspiring sandstone pillars and spend a few minutes snapping photos. With your local guide at your side, visit two of the remaining monasteries. As you explore the sites, listen to your guide share fascinating stories about the first hermits and monks who settled in Meteora, and discover their motivations for building the monasteries atop the sheer rock spires. Later we proceed to south of Meteora to the prehistoric Theopetra Cave. Situated at the foot of the Chasia mountain range, the cave shows signs of being continuously inhabited from 135,000 BC to 4,000 BC and holds some of the earliest historical secrets in the world, including the oldest known man-made structure. (Note: Theopetra Cave is closed on Mondays, when you'll visit one additional monastery). Later return to the hotel. In the afternoon departure transfer to the train station to connect your train to Athens. Arrival transfer to the Hotel. Check into the Hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Athens. (B)

Day 7 : Depart Athens

This morning after breakfast at the hotel the day is free at leisure until departure transfer to Airport or Train Station for your onward journey. (B)
