Day 1: Arrival in Auckland

As you land in Auckland, often referred to as "The City of Sails," our local representative will warmly greet seat-in-coach passengers and provide a private transfer to your hotel. Self-drive travelers can pick up their rental car at the airport and make their way to the hotel. Your Auckland stay begins with a comfortable overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua

Embark on a journey southward through the picturesque Waikato region, where you'll reach the enchanting Waitomo. Here, you'll be treated to a captivating, guided tour of the glowworm caves, adorned with their remarkable limestone formations. Experience the magic of a boat ride beneath a starry sky created by thousands of twinkling glowworms.

As the day unfolds, make your way to Rotorua, passing through the renowned Hobbiton Movie Set. Immerse yourself in the enchantment of this world-class attraction with a guided tour. Your day's adventures will culminate in a restful overnight stay at the Rotorua hotel.

Day 3: Rotorua

Today, we are going on a journey to explore the wonders of Rotorua. Our first stop is the Te Puia Thermal Reserve, where we'll witness the earth's natural artwork in the form of geysers and bubbling mud pools. We'll then head to the Agrodome Farm Show, where you'll have the opportunity to experience the charm of New Zealand's farm life. Our day continues with a visit to Rainbow Springs, home to magnificent trout and fascinating wildlife.

In the afternoon, you have the freedom to indulge in leisurely activities of your choice. As the sun sets, we'll return to our cozy hotel in Rotorua, where you can rest and rejuvenate for the exciting days ahead.

Day 4: Rotorua to Wellington

As the morning sun graces the land, we depart from the enchanting Rotorua and set forth on a scenic journey. Our path leads us to the serene shores of Lake Taupo before we continue our southward sojourn through the captivating Central Plateau. Our destination? None other than Wellington, the splendid capital city of New Zealand. Tonight, we shall find rest and respite at a cozy hotel in Wellington.

Day 5: Wellington

Begin your day with a delightful morning exploration of Wellington, including a brief guided visit to Te Papa, also known as the 'Museum of New Zealand.' Afterward, you'll have a leisurely afternoon to discover the charms of New Zealand's capital city. Your night's rest awaits at the hotel in Wellington.

Day 6: Wellington to Christchurch

This morning, get ready on a captivating voyage across the Cook Strait, which gracefully divides New Zealand's North and South Islands. You'll be enchanted by the breathtaking beauty of Marlborough Sounds, with its pristine waters and verdant woodlands, before your arrival in Picton. Day 10: Queenstown to the Glacier Region

Today, journey to the enchanting Glacier Region, passing through the picturesque Lake Wanaka and the historic Haast Pass, your gateway to the World Heritage-listed Westland National Park. Drive along the mesmerising West Coast, where you'll be captivated by the stunning mountain ranges, lush native forests, and serene lakes as you make your way to the glacier wonderland of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers.

For those on a Self-Drive adventure, your day's highlights also include complimentary entry to the relaxing Glacier Hot Pools. This evening, unwind and recharge at your cozy hotel in the Glacier Region. Day 11: Glacier Region to Christchurch via Greymouth

This morning, we set our course northward towards Greymouth. Here, our adventure takes an exciting turn as we board the renowned Tranz Alpine train (exclusive to seat-in-coach passengers). As we embark on this journey, we ascend through the enchanting beech forests, passing the picturesque alpine haven of Arthur's Pass. Crossing the awe-inspiring Southern Alps, we continue our expedition, traversing the boundless Canterbury Plains. Our day's expedition concludes in the charming city of Christchurch, where we will spend the night in a cozy hotel. Don't forget to enjoy a delightful breakfast to fuel your day!

Day 11: Glacier Region – Greymouth – Christchurch

After breakfast travel to Greymouth on the world-famous TranzAlpine Train, enjoying the scenic view of the lush beech forests as they pass through alpine villages like Arthur’s Pass before reaching the Southern Alps. The trains journeys through the Canterbury Plains as it reaches Christchurch.

Upon arrival, our tour manager will welcome you and help you check into the hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring places around the hotel.

Day 12: Farewell to Christchurch
