Day 1: Auckland Arrival

As you touch down in Auckland, famously known as 'The City of Sails,' our friendly local representative will warmly greet our guests taking the seat-in-coach option. They'll then be whisked away for a private transfer to their hotel. For those who prefer to go at their own pace, our self-drive guests can conveniently collect their rental car at the airport and drive to their chosen hotel. Rest easy with an overnight stay in Auckland.

Day 2: Exploring Auckland City

Begin your day with a delightful Auckland city sightseeing tour (exclusive for guests traveling by coach). Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Kelly Tarlton's Sealife Aquarium and the Antarctic Encounter (available to both coach and self-drive guests). The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Spend a restful night at your Auckland hotel.

Day 3: Auckland - Waitomo - Rotorua

Day 5: Rotorua to Wellington

Day 9: Christchurch - Mount Cook - Queenstown

Enjoy a hearty breakfast to kick-start your day. As the morning sun graces the horizon, embark on a picturesque journey across the lush Canterbury Plains. Your first stop is at Lake Tekapo, where you can marvel at the iconic 'Church of the Good Shepherd.' From there, your adventure takes you to the towering peak of New Zealand, Mount Cook. After soaking in the awe-inspiring scenery, bid farewell to this majestic mountain and follow the tranquil shores of Lake Pukaki to the historical Central Otago region. Your day's journey ends in Queenstown, the charming 'Alpine Resort.' Rest for the night in the comfort of your hotel.

Day 10: Queenstown - Milford Sound - Queenstown

Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Today, you will travel along the southern edge of Lake Wakatipu, passing through Lumsden and continuing to the serene Lake Te Anau. Next, venture into the breathtaking Eglinton Valley and travel through the enchanting Homer Tunnel, which leads you to the mesmerising Milford Sound.

Take pleasure in a cruise on this internationally renowned fjord, where the imposing Mitre Peak and the picturesque Bowen Falls will captivate your senses. After this extraordinary experience, return to Queenstown for a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 11: Queenstown

Day 12: Queenstown to the Glacier Region

Leave Queenstown and journey through Lake Wanaka, passing through the historic Haast Pass, the entrance to the revered World Heritage Westland National Park. Continue your drive up the stunning West Coast, where you'll be treated to breathtaking mountain vistas, lush native forests, and serene lakes on your way to the glacier region. Spend the night at a cozy hotel in the Glacier Region.

Day 13: Glacier Region

Today, you have the freedom to wander through the stunning glacier region at your own pace. You can choose from optional activities like a picturesque flight or a guided stroll on one of the glaciers. These extras are not part of the tour package. You'll spend the night at the Glacier Region hotel.

Day 14: Glacier Region - Greymouth - Christchurch

Glacier Region to Christchurch Today, we head north towards Greymouth and embark on the renowned Tranz Alpine train, exclusively available for our seated coach passengers. As the train ascends through the verdant beech forests, you'll journey past the picturesque alpine village of Arthur's Pass and traverse the awe-inspiring Southern Alps. The final leg of our voyage leads us across the serene Canterbury Plains before we reach our overnight destination in Christchurch. Your accommodation for the night will be at a comfortable hotel in the heart of Christchurch.

Day 15: Christchurch - Return Home
