Day 1: Arrive In Rome

Welcome to Rome, the City of Seven Hills! The city is considered the cradle of Western Civilization and the epicentre of the Catholic Church. Upon arrival at the Rome International Airport, our tour manager will gladly help you transfer to the hotel and complete check-in formalities. Spend the rest of the day exploring the different markets and avenues around your hotel.

Day 2: Rome – Hop On Hop Off Tour

After a quick break, you’ll start with the Discover Rome tour on the Hop On Hop Off bus. The tickets for this bus are valid for 48 hours, allowing you to leave or join any time. Some of the tourist attractions you’ll cover on this tour include the Vatican City, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Tiber Island, and more. This open double-decker bus offers a 360-degree view of the different attractions. Listen to an audio commentary about these places in multiple international languages.

Day 3: Rome – Florence – Pisa – Florence

Begin your day with a sumptuous breakfast buffet at the hotel. Later, catch your train to Florence. The journey takes around 1.5 hours and is scenic for most parts. Check into your hotel before starting a half-day excursion to the Tuscan countryside. Some of the sites you’ll cover include the fertile Tuscan countryside, the historic Leaning Tower of Pisa, Piazza de Miracoli, Duomo, Camposanto, Battistero di San Giovanni, Camposanto, and Piazza dei Cavalieri. An audio commentary in multiple international languages will guide you.

Remember to marvel at the beautiful Piscan architecture at the Church of San Sisto, one of the oldest churches in Pisa, and Piazza dei Cavalieri, or Knight’s Square, an important landmark in Pisa.

Return to Florence in the evening to spend the night at a luxury hotel in the city.

Day 4: Florence – Venice

After a hearty breakfast, start your day with a tour of Florence on the Hop On Hop Off bus. You will explore the vast greenery, vineyards, and olive groves at the foot of the Appenine Mountains chains, along with the many museums, art galleries, and other attractions of Florence. Millions of tourists visit daily to admire the statues of David of Michelangelo, 2.5 hMaria dei Fiore.

After lunch, you will be driven to the Florence Railway Station for your train to Venice. As you arrive in Venice, we’ll help you transfer to the hotel.

Day 5: Venice

Start your day with a hearty breakfast. Later, make your way to the Tourist Office at Plaza San Marcos for a guided walking tour of Venice. You’ll start your day with a tour of St. Mark’s Square and its main monuments, understanding its history and architecture. Today, you’ll cover St. Mark’s Basilica and the Ducale Palace. Next, you’ll cross the Bridge of Sighs to visit the famous Venice Jail. The tour ends with a visit to the glass factory on the island of Murano.

You are free to spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the many markets of Venice famous for local crafts, glassware, delicate lace, and papier-mâché art.

Day 6: Venice – Milan

After breakfast, check out of the hotel to take your train to Milan. The journey takes around 2.5 hours and is scenic as the train travels through Italy’s Adriatic Coast. Check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring the many markets famous for fashion and handicrafts.

Day 7: Milan – Hop On Hop Off Tour

Today, you will explore Milan on a Hop On Hop Off bus. This is an open-top double-decker bus offering a panoramic view of the city’s top attractions. Some places you will cover include the Duomo, Sforzesco Castle, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Piazza del Duomo, and the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science.

Other attractions in Milan include Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Triennale di Milano.

Day 8: Depart Milan

Check out of your hotel to head to the airport to continue with the next leg of your Europe tour package or catch your return flight home.
