Day 1: Arrive in Zurich - Lindt Home of Chocolate
After you land in Zurich, board a train from Zurich Airport to Zurich HB and check in to your hotel. Prepare yourself to begin your trip with the delicious goodness of all things chocolaty through the Lindt Home of Chocolate. Learn more about making chocolate and how cocoa emerged as an essential ingredient in Europe. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2: Zurich – Interlaken - Lake Brienz or Lake Thun Cruise
Board a train from Zurich to Interlaken. Check into a luxury hotel and explore Interlaken after completing check-in formalities. Your next activity will be a cruise on Lake Brienz or Thun for half a day. Enjoy the scenic view of the historic castles, sparkling streams, and waterfalls as the ship sails along the river. Don’t miss to take in the view of the unique Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau mountain ranges. Spend the night at your hotel in Interlaken.
Day 3: Interlaken – Jungfraujoch
For the third day of your trip, take a train from Interlaken Ost to Grindelwald, from where you can get on a cogwheel train to the top of Jungfraujoch, a viewing point in the Bernese Alps that sits at an altitude of 3,454 metres. View the Aletsch Glacier, the biggest glacier in the Alps, and visit the Ice Palace. You are free to spend the evening at your own pace.
Day 4: Interlaken – Lucerne - Lake Lucerne Cruise
Check out from your hotel and board the Golden Pass train to Lucerne. The train passes through scenic landscapes, including 8 lakes, 6 cantons, 3 mountain passes, and 2 language regions. Don’t miss the gorgeous Lake Thun, Lake Brienz, Lake Geneva, and the beautiful vineyards on the shores of Lake Geneva. Once you reach Lucerne, check in to your hotel, and head out to explore the city with a Swiss Pass and board the Lake Lucerne cruise or explore Bern city using the Swiss Pass. Stay overnight at a luxury hotel in Lucerne.
Day 5: Lucerne- Mt. Titlis
This day will be about an excursion to Mt. Titlis. Get on Rotair, the world’s first revolving cable car from Engelberg to Mt. Titlis, for a panoramic view of the glaciers. Witness the magnificence of the glaciers, lakes, and snow-covered valleys around you. Spend the night at your hotel in Lucerne.
Day 6: Lucerne – Zurich – Depart from Zurich
Check out from your hotel and head to Zurich to board your flight back home.
